We all live in an emotionally turbulent world. There is so much anxiety, fear and ambiguity in the air that it is palpable. Most of us let that emotion drive us, toss us around and effect us in such ways that it becomes the primary influencer for what we do and how we ourselves act and react. There is a better way. Today on the podcast I discuss this, tell a couple of fun stories and give you the tools to live a life that is vibrant, exciting and that ultimately lives into a broader more beautiful narrative. We all have endings in our lives. We end relationships, jobs, and even our own lives each have an ending. Most people wait until the end to do the things they really want to do, to live how they want to live and reflect their ideals in their priorities and decisions. On todays podcast I talk about what it means to take each moment and choose to actually live instead of just existing. I give you three ways to reorder your life so that when it is time to end something, you can do so with no regrets. Click Here to Listen on Sound Cloud Click Here to Listen on iTunes

I know I have been rather quiet on the blog for the past couple of months... I have had a wonderful couple of months with family and friends over the holidays and through busyness that comes along with all of that goodness. There is another reason things have been relatively slow around the 12 Stone Spirituality blog. I have been working on, developing and creating the 12 Stone Spirituality Podcast! My plan is to release one podcast a week starting today! The podcast will be very similar to the blog, I will spend time playing at the intersections of life, spirituality and current events. My hope is that this new form will be a place to connect with more people and to create more relationships as we discover new and ancient ways of connecting with God and each other. I hope you will go and listen and I would be absolutely honored if you subscribed! So...
